Refund & Cancellation

At UniResizer, we strive to provide the best image and PDF editing tools. Since our services are digital and accessed instantly, our policy differs from physical goods. Please read the following carefully to understand your rights regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your premium subscription at any time directly from your Dashboard under the "Billing" or "Settings" section. Once cancelled:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
• After the current cycle ends, your account will revert to the Free Plan automatically.

2. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee for first-time subscribers under specific conditions. You may be eligible for a refund if:

• The request is made within 7 days of the initial purchase date.
• You have not heavily utilized the service (e.g., processing thousands of images in bulk).
• Technical issues on our end prevented you from using the service, and our support team failed to resolve them within 48 hours.

Refunds are not granted for "change of mind" or if you forgot to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

3. Duplicate Payments

If you were charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error (e.g., refreshing the payment page), the duplicate transaction will be refunded immediately upon verification. Please contact support with both Transaction IDs.

4. Processing Timeline

Once a refund request is approved:

• It will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• The amount will be credited back to the original payment source (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Wallet).
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
