When you use our tools (Photo Resizer, PDF Tools, etc.) to process files:

• Ownership: You retain full ownership and copyright of your original and processed files. We do not claim any rights over your content.
• Privacy: Files processed via our client-side tools never leave your device. Files processed via server-side tools (like AI removal) are automatically deleted after 1 hour.
• Responsibility: You agree not to upload content that is illegal, violates intellectual property rights, or contains malware.

4. Disclaimer

The materials on UniResizer's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. UniResizer makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, UniResizer does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

5. Limitations
