UniResizer is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. We strictly provide digital tools and subscriptions. We do not sell or ship physical products to any location.

1. Mode of Delivery

All services, including "Pro" subscriptions, downloadable edited images, and processed PDF files, are delivered electronically via the internet.

  • Files: Processed files are available for immediate download in your browser.
  • Subscriptions: Premium account features are activated instantly on your account dashboard upon successful payment.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Free Services: Available instantly to all users visiting the website. No waiting period.
  • Paid Subscriptions: Activated immediately (within seconds) after successful payment confirmation from our payment gateway (Razorpay).

3. Confirmation

Upon successful payment for a subscription plan:

  • You will see an on-screen confirmation message with a Transaction ID.
  • Your account dashboard will instantly update to reflect your new plan limits (e.g., from "Free" to "Pro").
  • An invoice will be generated and accessible in your account settings.

4. Issues with Access

If you have successfully paid but cannot access premium features within 15 minutes, please verify your internet connection and refresh the dashboard.

If the issue persists, it may be due to a delay in payment confirmation from the bank. In such cases, please contact our support team immediately.
